Preschool classes
Where?
Our after school classes are held at The Loft above Little Dippers.
What can I expect?
We begin with some mindful breathing to get the children focused, we have a stretch and each class usually has a theme so we might read a story going through an adventure for example with animal poses.
We alsolove doing crafts and colouring which is a great way to have some calm time. We also play lots of yoga games!

What can I expect?
A nurturing after school club, including yoga, movement, arts and crafts. This is a lovely space for your child to relax after school whilst they are transitioning from pre-school into the new school routine. It includes a school pick up at 3.15pm from St Luke’s. Feel free to collect your child from 4.45pm onwards.

You can find Ogre Yoga with mASCot’s girls group. They are a charity supporting local families with Autistic children.
